Safety

Safety: Our first priority every time

At Easy Way Insulation, safety is at the core of everything we do. With a dedicated full-time Safety Director and rigorous training programs, we ensure that every project is completed with the highest safety standards, protecting our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

The safety of employees and of the general public is of vital concern to the management of Easy Way Insulation.  From the company-wide safety meetings to the extensive safety incentives, our commitment to safety is felt throughout the company.  It is, therefore, the policy of the company to follow operating practices and procedures that will result in safe and efficient operations.

Experience Modification Rate (EMR) has a big impact upon our business and clients.  Our safety program helps eliminates hazards and prevents injuries.  An EMR of 1.0 is considered the industry average where lower is better.  Our .78 EMR is better than average.
